Elephas is based in Kosta, in the heart of Sweden's Glasriket. We know first-hand what digital services mean outside the big cities — and we believe good technology should work for more people than the fastest users with the newest phones.
That's why we set aside part of our capacity for projects where the value is measured in more than money: four areas where our technical skills make the biggest difference.

Accessibility & neuroinclusion
Roughly one in seven people is neurodivergent — and most digital services are unintentionally built to exclude them: visual noise, cognitive overload, unpredictable navigation. We design and build services where neuroinclusion is present from information architecture to testing — not bolted on as an audit afterwards.
Since June 2025, Sweden's accessibility act (2023:254, implementing the EU Accessibility Act) also puts hard requirements on many private services, on top of the long-standing rules for the public sector. We help you meet the law — and go beyond it.
Rural digital inclusion
Small businesses, tourism and community services in rural areas deserve the same digital tools as the cities. We help organisations in Småland and other rural regions digitalise on their own terms — practical, affordable, and without a city consultancy's travel bill.
Non-profits & associations
Non-profits and associations carry big missions on small budgets. We offer adapted terms for the non-profit sector — the same senior quality, priced for your circumstances.
AI for public benefit
AI can make public services more accessible, faster and cheaper — when applied with judgement. We build pilot projects with measurable social outcomes, grounded in daily hands-on experience with the tools rather than hype.
Funded — or applying?
Many social-impact projects are financed through grants and calls — from Vinnova, Tillväxtverket and Allmänna arvsfonden to regional development funds and EU programmes. A strong application needs a credible technical plan.
We can join as technology partner at the application stage: helping you scope what will be built, budget it realistically, and describe the delivery so the funder understands it. And once the funding is granted — build what we promised.
