Sound familiar?
- "An order arrives in the webshop, and then someone retypes it into the finance system by hand."
- "Two systems disagree about the same customer, and nobody can say which one is right."
- "The integration we paid for stopped working months ago. We found out from a customer."
What we deliver
- REST APIs built to a documented contract, and versioned so a change doesn't break the callers
- Integrations with the systems you already run — finance, CRM, e-commerce, business systems
- Queues and scheduled jobs where real-time is neither needed nor wise
- Error handling that retries, logs and raises an alert instead of failing quietly
- Monitoring, so a broken integration tells you before your customer does
- Documentation, so the next person to touch it isn't guessing
When integration is not the answer
If two systems overlap heavily, connecting them can entrench a problem you would be better off solving — sometimes the honest recommendation is to retire one of them rather than wire it in permanently.
We will tell you when that is the case, even though the integration would have been the easier sale.
