Professional institutes, membership organisations and charities tend to share a particular shape of problem: a membership or case system that has grown over many years, a website that has to talk to it, and a CRM programme often run by a specialist supplier.
We have worked on that shape of project at eight organisations since 2013 — frequently on the client's side of the table, making sure the new CRM actually connects to everything else.
Organisations we've worked with
Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
Technical lead on a Dynamics CRM implementation, integrating it with the existing membership system and the public website.
Institution of Fire Engineers
Technical lead replacing a paper membership application process with an online portal and Dynamics 365 on-premise.
Prison Reform Trust
Custom case management on Dynamics 365 Online, chosen over the out-of-the-box module, with legacy data migration, reports and training. Still in use.
Age UK
Independent consultancy on Dynamics 2016 on-premise, including multithreaded KingswaySoft SSIS to clear long-running data bottlenecks.
Impact Investing Institute
Contact management on Dynamics 365 Online, with data imported from spreadsheets, documentation and remote training.
British Dietetic Association and CIHT
Website and CRM integration for the British Dietetic Association, and the early stage of a CRM and website project for the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation.
We've also extended a charity database product and converted it to Dynamics 365, which means we've seen the problem from the software vendor's side too.

Big missions, small budgets
AI-assisted development has changed what a modest budget can buy. Work that once took weeks now often takes days — which puts modernisation within reach of organisations that could never justify it before.
