Sound familiar?
- "We're about to sign a six-figure contract and have no way to judge whether the proposal is sound."
- "Our developers say one thing, our supplier says another, and we can't referee the argument."
- "We know we need to invest in technology. We don't know in what order."
What we deliver
- Technology strategy tied to business goals rather than to fashion
- Supplier and tender evaluation — proposals read with an engineer's eye before you sign
- Architecture review of what you already have, and an honest figure for what it costs to keep
- Prioritisation and budgeting: what to do now, what to do next, and what not to do at all
- Technical due diligence ahead of an investment or acquisition
- Availability when a decision comes up, rather than a retainer you don't use
We'll tell you when you don't need us
Sometimes the honest answer is that your current supplier is doing a decent job, or that the real fix is organisational rather than technical. You will get that answer plainly, because a short engagement that ends well is worth more to us than a long one that shouldn't have started.
One thing worth stating openly: we also build. If our advice points towards work we could take on, we say so, and you are free to put it out to anyone. Advice you can't trust isn't worth buying.
